Course Overview

Knowledge management is used in all types of work, as the principle is to make knowledge and skills accessible to all employees, which helps to increase the performance of individuals in the organization, through the exploitation of expertise and skills to make appropriate decisions.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Define the concept of knowledge management and its main types.
  • Identify the different patterns of knowledge and the role of each one.
  • Understand how to exploit individual knowledge to make a decision on an organisations level through knowledge management.
  • Define creativity as a concept and its principles to clarify the role of knowledge management in its generation in institutions
  • Be able to measure the impact, spread, and attract knowledge to develop creativity in institutions
  • Realize the role of performance evaluation system in development and generation of creativity in institutions.
