Course Overview

As a term, project management first appeared in 1953 in the US defence-aerospace sector, but today we can see project management as a professional discipline with its own body of knowledge and skills. Nearly each manager is involved in managing one or more projects.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• To equip trainees with the knowledge and skills to apply Agile Framework in their working environment and manage their projects successfully.
• Establish a clear understanding of the Agile Master roles and responsibilities and how to be a servant leader for the Agile team (Product Owner and Delivery Team)
• Agile Master ability to educate Agile team and stakeholders for iterative and incremental approach of Scrum Framework
