Overview

The Scrum Master is the professional or expert person who has the skills and experience that qualifies him to train others, lead the work team, facilitate communication between team members, workflow according to the Agile methodology, and ensure the application of its values ​​and principles. The three are in the agile scrum alongside the Product Owner and the Team; Where Scrum is considered within agile frameworks such as Kanban, all of which aim to create a flexible work environment.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• To equip trainees with the knowledge and skills to apply Scrum Framework in their working environment and manage their projects successfully.
• Establish a clear understanding of the Scrum Master roles and responsibilities and how to be a servant leader for the Scrum team (Product Owner and Delivery Team)
• Scrum Master ability to educate Scrum team and stakeholders for iterative and incremental approach of Scrum Framework
