Course Overview

All successful Organizations seek to apply the latest concepts and management theories to meet the contemporary requirements of any organization. Management by objectives is one of the most prominent of these theories. The president and the subordinate share a common goal that both parties seek and plan to achieve.This approach cannot be achieved without the head of the management process, supervision.
