Communication is the bridge that connects you as a leaders with others, and in business you tend to communicate so many things, ideas feelings or issues. Therefore in order to resolve any conflict that may occur within your team,effective communication is the key to reach that goal.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Identify and compare different leadership styles.
• Acquire effective skills to be successful leader .
• Identify the tasks of the leader and discuss the importance of communication to achieve each task.
• Study forms of communication and the latest applications in effective leadership.
• View the organizational structure of different management styles and identify the points off communication (levels of communication).
• Ability to measure the effectiveness of leadership using specific criteria.
