Leading and Managing Change

Course Overview

What we mean by change is to shift from the current situation to a better future by following the right concept that guides all who aspire to the project of change. To move any group of people to accomplish this change, we need leadership that has certain skills to achieve the desired change.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Linking between the concept of change and leadership and the ability to understand the stages of change.
  • Develop organisationals change methodology in terms of requirements and methods 
  • Develop individual change methodology in terms of requirements, foundations and methods.
  • Identify the causes of resistance to change and the methods of planning and confronting them.
  • Develop and discuss ways to improve the working environment.
  • Shaping and developing planning skills for change.
  • Provide different methods of organizational analysis that can be used as strategies for development, change and evaluation of appropriate alternatives.
  • Discuss key concepts and knowledge associated with change.
