Leadership is the art of accomplishing tasks and responsibilities through a group of individuals in a manner characterized by seriousness, sincerity and honesty, and whenever the leader is motivated and creative he will become the most influential in his surroundings to complete the work with the quality required for the achievement of the institution. There is many leadership styles varied in its entrances and practical applications, each style has advantages and disadvantages, so creativity and excellence in the leadership style is a broad method that can bear a lot of individual diligence depending on certain aspects and constants that you will gain through joining this training course.

By the end of this course participant will be able to:
