Design Thinking (Using Lego Serious Play)

Course Overview

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY was developed by the LEGO company as a result of dissatisfaction with the outcome of strategic planning meetings, when the company was facing problems threatening its existence in the mid-90s. The use of this method has emerged to change the idea of ​​traditional meetings and to make them based on creative thinking, interaction and communicate in a new way. In this course, we will use these lego blocks to train your mind on design thinking.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Unlock the team’s creative thinking and capture each participant’s ideating pattern.
  • Incorporate individual ideas in the team shared model; giving everyone a creative voice.
  • Help the team design how to “move forward” within the organization’s innovation framework using an aligned and focused approach.
  • Unlock full potential of the team and help its members dive deep into its dynamics.
  • Explore team challenges related to the innovation process, across departments, and allow creative discussions to deal with such challenges.
  • Learn through engaging hands-on activities, sharing insights, and gathering feedback.
