Overview

In light of the world's trend towards flexibility in management and orientation, problems arise here that agile management cannot face, which led to the emergence of hybrid management in the world of business and projects, which is a mixture between traditional management and agile management. Experts believe that lean management is a better option for small projects, but it may face problems in large projects. This course discusses methods and strategies of hybrid management and their impact on administrative structure and general directions, and shows effective practices and applications in this field.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• describe the characteristics of various management methodologies
• recognize situations where hybrid methodologies may be necessary
• recognize how a hybrid may be utilized as a team is transitioning to Agile
• describe how a hybrid may be a combination of two or more Agile methodologies
• recognize which areas of the Agile Manifesto may be sacrificed when using a hybrid approach
