The focus has recently grown on the humanitarian needs of individuals working within the organization. Hence, principles of coaching and mentoring has emerged as a tool for communication between management at all levels and subordinates to achieve the highest levels of productivity for the individual and the institution.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Know the general concept of coaching and mentoring and different areas of application.
• Explain how to use coaching as a principle and the importance of its application in the management of the organization.
• Explain the main tasks of the coach, who is the successful coach?
• Statement of the most important differences between coaching methodology and mentoring methodology in terms of objectives, function and points of interest.
• Discuss the basic mentoring elements including motivation and its impact on the productivity of the organization.
• To identify many types and theories of incentives within the modern administrative sciences.
• The impact of coaching and mentoring as points of strength in administrative leadership.
• Recognize the need for communication skills to apply effective coaching and mentoring.
