Course Overview

While the great changes that in the fields of political, economic and social life are taking place, the science of management seeks more research and creativity to create modern management methods and dispense with those old ones, such as the method of empowerment that cares about the human element as the most important elements of the administrative work environment. As women are half of society, modern management tends to focus on engaging and empowering them based on their leadership skills that enable them to perform different tasks.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Definition and implications of the empowerment process according to the latest administrative principles.
  • Review the most important recent studies that refer to women's leadership abilities that qualify them to perform various tasks and the emergence of the concept of empowerment of women.

  • Discussing the obstacles of the process of administrative empowerment specially with women empowerment.
  • Review the characteristics of the organization that applies administrative empowerment as a general principle and the empowerment of women in particular.
  • View the hierarchy and levels of empowerment in any organization.
  • How and why to measure the empowerment of women in any society.
  • Discuss the dimensions and impact of women's empowerment at the organizational, community and family levels.
  • Presenting the leading UAE model in empowering women.
