Governance is the existence of systems that control the relationships between the main parties of the company from the heads and employees to achieve justice and transparency and to combat corruption and to ensure that the company is working to achieve its long-term goals.

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Identify concept and importance of corporate governance to promote good and effective governance and ensure the sustainability and institutional development of business organizations.
• Identify market rules in the local and international context analyze the Arab business environment.
• Identify the gap and transition requirements in the future.
• Know the principles content requirements and guarantees of the effective application of corporate governance.
• Knowledge of the regulatory and institutional framework and the role of the state in corporate governance.
• Know the legal frameworks for corporate governance in the domestic and international scope and measure the gap between them.
