Overview

Innovative leaders are creative visionaries who have big ideas and, most importantly, can motivate people around them to turn those ideas into reality. Researchers say that the ability to form a vision around an idea or set of ideas is more important than generating the idea itself. And once the leader has formed that vision, he needs to be able to share with employees, suppliers and business partners the vision as well as enthusiasm for turning that vision into a reality. In this course we will try to build the creative and innovation thinking for leaders through practical and theoretical knowledge.

By the end of this course participant will be able to:
