Overview
Dubai is a unique example of excellence around the world. It is also working hard to motivate institutions and service providers to implement specific standards that are in line with Dubai's vision of excellence, promote performance for sustainable development and enhance Dubai's global standing as a preferred center for business, finance and tourism. In this course, we will study the standards of the Dubai Model for Improving Services so that participants can apply these standards in the work environment and improve the level of services provided in their institutions.
Course Objective
By the end of this course participant will be able to:

See the standards of good service providing according to Dubai model.
Recognize the tools and methods of evaluating services provided according to Dubai Model standards.
Enable participants to develop service improvement methodologies by applying the standards of Dubai Model for Service Improvement.
