Course Overview

Excellence in customer service is a secret of the success of organizations, the ability to root this culture within the organization, spread it with conviction among its members and build an integrated strategy to strengthen the culture of customer interest making the organization effective in achieving its objectives. This integrated training program will address several axes aimed at qualifying participants and honing their skills to enable them to effectively implement the Customer Service Charter launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which seeks to achieve excellence and professionalism in providing customer service.
