Course Overview

In line with the UAE's intent to provide support in all its forms to people with disabilities to help them lead their lives in a normal way, customer service personnel must be trained to enable them to communicate with and understand the needs of people with hearing disabilities to service them efficiently.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Identify ways to integrate disable people in society.
  • Understand the characteristics and degrees of hearing disability.
  • Mastery of sign communication with the deaf and translation of the alphabet.
  • Gain the ability to express through indicative terms.
  • Enable participants from different ways to deal with deaf people.
  • Be able to find ways to facilitate the procedures of hearing impaired clients and instill the desire to support and help them.
