Overview

Human resources audit became part of the organization's internal audit system, similar to financial and administrative auditing, but the concept of human resources audit is a new concept in the science of modern management. HR audits collect and analyze data and information in terms of staff and organizational structures to ensure the application of organization's philosophy in human resources management.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Understand exactly the concept of human resources audit as part of the internal audit system.
• Recognize the importance of auditing human resources in achieving performance efficiency.
• Identify the components of the human resources system which must be subject to audit continuously.
• Tracking the stages of human resources audit.
• Ability to prepare detailed human resources evaluation reports and coordinate with HR management to follow up the control process.
