Overview

When recruiting new hires for your organization, have them take the Myers Briggs assessment before they’re interviewed; for example, a sales manager should have a personality that will help your organization increase its sales. Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Recognize the concept of motivation and how to use intrinsic motivators.
  • Understand the MBTI framework
  • Be able to describe your behavioral style upon understanding MBTI analysis.
  • Be able to recognize behavioral traits for others to be able to communicate with them.
  • Be aware of your perceived strengths and weaknesses to plan for a motivation plan
