Overview

The human resources management field is an active part of administrative science in the field of continuous development and modernization because it is directly concerned with employing the qualified human being in the right place and maintaining a system that serves its interests and thus directly affects the performance of the individual within the organization. Include the HR department within strategic planning has become a necessity for this department to be in line with the development plans and strategic objectives for the overall organization.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Understand the general functions of HRM in accordance with modern administrative principles to study planning strategies related to human resources development.
  • Recognize the need to define the administrative system and organizational structure.
  • Recognize the mechanisms needed to identify job description of the work team.
  • Run the studies related to identification of labor needs from human energies.
  • Gain the ability to prepare and plan vacancy announcements.
  • Know the basics of performance evaluation and its reflection on the position of the employee within the organization.
  • Understand recent trends in promotions, incentives and rewards.
