Overview

Many people who used to make interviews do not know what what they have to ask about? skills? or attitudes? or knowledge? actually these people are not updated with the types of interviews, they do not know also that by running a planned competency based interview they can cover all these questions. in this course you will learn how to run this kind of interviews using a well- designed questions and how to make your decision depending on a pre-designed criteria.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Know the concept of competency-based interviews compared to traditional types of interviews.
  • Identify the preparation procedures for the competency-based interview.
  • The ability to formulate interview questions by identifying the main axes that must be covered to test a certain level of competencies.
  • Be able to formulate the criteria for the responses and assess the candidates accordingly.
  • Know the integrated evaluation mechanisms after competency-based interview.
  • Review global strategies for formulating and applying questions for competency-based interviews.
  • Study the most prominent errors in interviewers and strategies to avoid them.
