Overview

The functions of human resources management are one of the most important factors that lead to the success or failure of work in an organization. This section represents the organization's orientations in investing in human resources and caring for them, also respecting the laws protecting workers' rights applicable in our country. After completing this course, participants will be familiar with all the skills and knowledge required to conduct hiring procedures, interviews and recruitment tests as well as best practices in managing personnel within the organization.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Recognize the need to define the administrative system and organizational structure of the organization.
• Master the mechanisms for determining the administrative names of the work team.
• Identify effective ways to specify the labor needs of human energies.
• Learn the basics of building good relationships with competency sources.
• Gain the ability to prepare and plan vacancy announcements.
• Ability to conduct initial interviews and tests to select applicants for certain positions.
• Full ability to manage personnel affairs in various aspects and follow up performance along with the laws protecting employees' rights and disciplinary methods.
• Ability to coordinate with managers on the issues of staff in different units within the organization.
