Overview

HR work is a cross-cutting business that needs to enter, analyze, organize, and handle a lot of data. A human resource officer must master everything related to the creation and organization of files through Excel, which greatly facilitates the organization and handling of complex data. Through this course, we will focus on Excel skills and employ them in human resources management work by processing and sharing data.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Master the various means of data entry and organization through Excel.
  • Ability to save and manipulate data using Excel program options and the ability to document this data in detailed graphic reports.
  • Translate data into illustrative graphs.
  • Create and modify pivot tables and pivot graphs.
  • Use advanced Excel skills in the preparation of specialized reports in the field of human resources management and formulate them in an appropriate manner to share them with senior management or external personnel controls.
  • Merge data by linking multiple tables to create an integrated database.
