Overview

Some institutions suffers from the lack of commitment of their employees to be present or to communicate with customers on weekly working days, which undoubtedly affects the performance of the institution, its evaluation and its ability to accomplish the tasks assigned to it. This is something that the users of these institutions and stakeholders complain about, who are surprised that their transactions are delayed for nothing except because the responsible employee does not commit to working hours and is not interested in accomplishing what is required of him. Such a disregard for work obligations is due to several matters, most of which are based on the reality of organisational loyalty among its employees. Institutional loyalty is the most important factor of distinction, excellence and creativity that leads to commitment and increases the productivity of the institution and also represents the individual’s desire to make more effort, contribute effectively, and undertake volunteer work and additional responsibilities, which puts loyalty on the list of the main outputs of the organization’s behavioral system. This course is an opportunity to learn about strategies to enhance job loyalty and how to apply them in accordance with the data of work in your organization

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Learn about the scientific and practical concepts of job satisfaction and organisational loyalty, and convincing them of the imperative of each of them to increase the competitive capabilities of contemporary organizations.
