Course Overview

Our program of exploring organization’s values helps participants dig into deeper meanings of what their organization’s values represent. It allows them explore, in teams, the variations in the way each value is demonstrated as per each one’s own perspective. The interactive approach of the program builds on the power of the play-based methodology, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Through imagination, hands-on design and play, we help participants express their ideas and insights and reflect on the team’s collective set of ideas and understanding of the values; creating alignment and bonding within the team.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Explore how each employee understands the organization’s values and visualizes them.
• Align values to the overall’s vision and mission of the organization.
• Reflect on individuals' impact on understating the values.
• Stimulate creative thinking and innovative design.
• Create an informal and fun learning platform to allow sharing of views, concerns,insights and inspiration.
