Course Overview

Our program on happiness uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to help participants connect to their inner-selves by projecting their authentic feelings through specifically selected LEGO® bricks. By building models to describe “the happiest work environment”, each person visualizes what happiness in the workplace means to him/her and shares the positive thoughts with the team; tapping into the creative part of the brain and using the power of imagination and play. Participants will be able to share their stories and explore possibilities to move to aspired realities.

• Design a more positively engaging work environment.
• Align individuals with relevant activities based on their happiness motives.
• Promote self-reflection among the workforce.
• Brainstorm various possible resources for improving employee engagement.
• Bring employees together and improve team bonding.
