Course Overview

Creativity is the spark of any successful project, but the place of innovation in existing projects lies in change and innovation, and basically in dealing with the problems that any project can face. Creativity is not limited to the level of individuals and implementation, but extends more importantly to the administrative aspect to make effective decisions and guidance to implement creative solutions to various problems.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• To provide participants with basic knowledge and concepts concerning creative activities, and the foundations and axes of the creative process, linking these concepts and axes with the bases and rules of problem solving.
• Developing the administrative and leadership skills of the participants and how to apply the scientific and practical methods to solve the problems.
• Enabling participants to become familiar with the practical way of diagnosing problems with special attention to administrative problems.
• The use of creative thinking in diagnosing and solving problems.
• Use creative thinking to make positive decisions in changing situations.
