Innovation and Sustainability Conference

Overview

It’s no surprise that many large corporations and governmental bodies are paying increased attention to sustainability-oriented innovation. Sustainable innovation has been defined as covering the spectrum of levels of innovation from incremental to radical. Whilst there are no absolute or quantifiable definitions and boundaries, four main levels of innovation can be defined in the context of environmental improvement:incremental, re-design or ‘green limits, functional or ‘product alternatives’, systems. In this conference, we will provide the latest knowledge and best practices in innovation which may contribute to significant or ‘Factor X’ reductions in environmental impacts.
