Overview

Continuous improvement is the process of upgrading or advancing your organization’s products, processes, systems, and services. Continuous improvement should be a major discipline of your company’s culture when developing your Quality Assurance policy include continuous improvement. In this course, you will learn to focus on continuous improvement, find problems or potential problems and implement positive changes that eliminates those problems and not create other problems.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Discuss the core principles of quality management and continuous improvement.
• Implement a list of comprehensive quality requirements in the areas of operations management and planning within the organization's scope of work.
• Being able to build an organizational excellence system through understanding and applying the requirements of a comprehensive quality management process approach.
• Build an integrated system for continuous improvement of business through applying the principles of total quality management.
• Outline the Six Sigma metric, methodology, and management practices.
• Describe the five phases for improving processes (DMAIC cycle); and consider the available tools.
