Course Overview

Procurement and supply management functions include the preparation and submission of tenders, the evaluation of offers from suppliers and the preparation of a contractual formula with the selected supplier so as to ensure the interests of the organization and also ensure that the supplier legally provide a service or a commodity with certain specifications. Through this program you will be able to track the purchase and supply process in all stages and master the process of bidding, evaluating bids and then preparing contracts.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Develop participants' skills in dealing with suppliers of services and commodities outside the organization.
• Be able to prepare tenders and apply an official ways to obtain goods and services.
• See the body of presentations and their contents and be able to analyze and compare them.
• Conclusion of final agreement and negotiation with suppliers.
• Enable the regular drafting of contracts to ensure that the service is provided with specific standards and the supplier is legally required to ensure such standards.
