Course Overview

The concept of negotiation may seems simple and axiomatic, but in fact it is a complicated process aims to maintain balance between keeping the relationship on track and agreeing a good deal. It is a thorny and delicate task that requires the negotiator to have a variety of skills so that he can influence others and represent the organization or country in a way that preserves its rights and prestige. Through this interactive training program, you will be trained on a range of skills, such as listening, influencing, dialogue methods and keys to understanding the other party through non-spoken signals. You will also learn about the formal and informal negotiations management protocols.
