Course Overview

Procurement teams need to be able to execute the appropriate contracts, which means implementing them clearly and accurately, specifying the terms of the user, attracting and selecting the right bidder, evaluating his proposals correctly and finally assigning the contract. This course will cover the main elements of the subtraction process until the contract is signed. It will discuss the needs of professionals who perform procurement functions in different sectors and will be able to develop and improve their skills to manage tenders, bids and other competitive proposals.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Identify mechanisms for drafting contracts and agreements and determining legal obligations.
• See the mechanisms of selection of contractors and the nature of the relationship with them.
• Be able to prepare for tenders through the preparation of lists of conditions and specifications.
• Study the mechanisms for submitting bids and procedures.
• Be able to analyze offers submitted through established criteria based on contract and bidding.
• Study procedures for awarding tenders and negotiating with bidders.
• Overcome the main problems facing tenders and accepting them to achieve the best deal for the organization.
