Course Overview

In contracting process, strategies, tactics and counter tactics of negotiation process plays a key roll in achieving maximum benefits from this contract. In this course you will learn and trained how to guide a successful negotiation by analyzing terms and conditions of contracts, recognize potentially risky and unacceptable terms and conditions and set a complete plan to guide an effective negotiations.
