Overview

Procurement Planning is a key tool to assist institutions in transforming their annual activity
plans into a budget, and also assists in the efficient usage of funds allocated. The
preparation of an Annual Procurement Plan can assist in achieving improved
purchasing power by grouping procurement together rather than separately, better
planning of procurement resulting in faster processes, and reduce the risk of problems
occurring during the procurement process. As a part of procurement's planning, institutions must take care of purchasing and services contracts, as well as the overall tendering process, these tow concepts will be under the light through this training course.
