Course Overview

Contracts are the basic legal document in various transactions around the world. Despite the technological development that has made everything concise and easy to do so, contracts remains a very precise subject that has not yet been subjected to abbreviations and many amendments. All contract ingredients must be adhered to, and legal terms must be adhered to during the expression of terms and conditions of a contract to guarantee all rights of the parties. Legal documentation of the contract is also required. Through this course, you will learn the basics of legally sound contracts, and you will be able to analyze and read contracts that can be presented to you in the context of work.
