Creating Initiatives and Leading Changes

Overview

Experiences and research in administrative work have proven that the change process is a complex process, which can be forced changes resulting from certain circumstances or perhaps optional changes resulting from planning or ideas related to innovation translated into initiatives that lead to certain changes.
This course will be a starting point for you to overcome the difficulties of change in its various stages, and enable you to design initiatives and translate them into projects that can be a starting point for any development processes or future vision.
This course will cover the steps of transforming an idea into an initiative, as well as managing the change process and developing the participants' planning skills

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Introduce participants to the processes and difficulties of the change process
  • Learn the strategies and skills needed to face the difficulties of change
  • Enable participants to design and manufacture initiatives to implement an innovative idea
  • Gain the ability to evaluate innovative ideas against certain criteria and study the possibility of converting them into executable projects
  • Develop the participants’ skills and ability to introduce initiatives based on creative ideas and develop solutions
