Overview

Management and successful planning are no longer about profit making, but are directed towards examining and evaluating the quality and efficiency of current and future performance as a guarantee of continued success and profitable growth. Through this course, you will learn about the latest strategic planning and management tools: Balanced Scorecard. You will be able to integrate a balanced performance card system with performance indicators to build a continuous evaluation system for performance in all its aspects and identify deficiencies in performance to be able to correct them.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Recognize the concepts of performance indicators and balanced scorecards.
  • Apply strategic management and strategic planning skills through framing key performance indicators.
  • Get the skills and basic information for the successful implementation of performance indicators using a balanced performance card.
  • Evaluate and analyze strengths and weaknesses in performance and performance management through proper assessment of performance indicators.
  • Identify the role of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in measuring the organization's effectiveness, human resources and outputs.
  • Enables participants to apply multiple well known models in Balanced Scorecard design.
