Overview

Disciplinary laws and regulations are an important part of the system of any existing institution. These laws give an administrative authority to investigate any irregularities stipulated in these laws and regulations. Administrative investigation is particularly important to the employee, the management and the community. The employee can exercise the right of defense, the management can protect its employees and ensure the protection of its systems at the same time. For the community, the importance of administrative investigation in ensuring job security of workforce and the stability of institutions through the application and protection of their systems in the pre-judicial phase.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Introduce the general principles of administrative investigation.
• Study the procedures and controls of the administrative investigation to qualify the competent authority to carry out the investigation in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations.
• Train participants on the techniques of conducting an effective administrative investigation by providing them with the principles of neutrality, objectivity and choosing the right questions.
• To enable participants to prepare a professional minutes of administrative investigation and prepare all other investigation documents.
• Know the rights and duties of the employee being investigated and the general controls to give him a chance to defend himself.
