The Science Of Well-Being

Overview

Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress. More generally, well-being is just feeling well. This course will overviews what psychological science says about happiness. The purpose of the course is to not only learn what psychological research says about what makes us happy but also to put those strategies into practice.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

  • Increase your own happiness and build more productive habits.
  • Reveals misconceptions about happiness.
  • Understand annoying features of the mind that lead us to think away from positivity.
  • Help participants change their habits and the way they think and see their problems.
  • Become prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into your life.
