Overview

Agile methodology is a type of project management process, mainly used for software development, where demands and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams and their customers. Stemming from the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, it was created as a response to the inadequacies of traditional development methods such as the Waterfall method. In this course you will learn exactly how to apply this methodology in project management or even as agile manifesto.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• To equip trainees with the knowledge and skills to apply Agile Framework in their working environment and manage their projects successfully.
• Establish a clear understanding of the Agile Master roles and responsibilities and how to be a servant leader for the Agile team (Product Owner and Delivery Team)
• Agile Master ability to educate Agile team and stakeholders for iterative and incremental approach of Scrum Framework.
• Understand agile teams and manage agile team performance
• Manage the delivery of value and quality
