Overview

Quality management is a discipline for ensuring that outputs, benefits, and the processes by which they are delivered, meet stakeholder requirements and are fit for purpose.Quality management has four components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and continual improvement. These include procedures, tools and techniques that are used to ensure that the outputs and benefits meet customer requirements. In this course, you will learn about all the mentioned aspects of quality management to be able to meet the requirements of all kinds of quality management positions.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Provide education to use performance enhancement tools and procedures as quality expert.
• Learn how to head and participate on committees, task forces related to regulatory compliance and Joint Commission.
• Perform as quality consultant and educational resource to staff and management associated with regulatory standards.
