Course Overview

Because of the importance the manpower, the science of human resources management is subject to continuous development to promote competencies and create a flexible working environment that is comfortable for all parties and contribute to the advancement of performance. The participants in this program will be familiar with the basic functions of the Human Resources Department, the structure of this department within the organization, the basics of creating jobs and modern job description, the selection and recruitment mechanisms for the candidates.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• Understand the general functions of the HR department of any organization.
• Recognize the need to define the administrative system and organizational structure of the organization.
• Master the mechanisms for determining the administrative names of the work team.
• Identifying ways of identifying the labor needs of human energies.
• Learn the basics of building good relationships with competency sources
• Gain the ability to prepare and plan vacancy announcements
• Ability to conduct preliminary interviews to select applicants for certain positions
• Pre-tests capability (technical, psychological, mental, and other) for applicants to different kinds of positions.
