Course Overview

This program is designed to assist participants in dealing with official visits of VIPs, which will have a strong impact on the nature of the organization's relationship with these personalities. The person authorized to receive and handle the personalities represents the organization to which he belongs. This program will also address the art of office management and its linkage with the protocols of dealing and receiving delegations and official visits.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participant will be able to:

• To understand the comprehensive concept of etiquette and the protocol.
• Apply rules of precedence between persons and courtesy within official limits.
• Learn about the international rules of etiquette introduction, acquaintance and handshake at work environment
• Training on the international model for the preparation of official visits programs for VIPs
• Provide participants with basic information on the nature and concept of public relations.
• Develop the individual skills necessary to apply the rules and bases of protocol in conferences, meetings and banquets.
• Introducing participants to the modern foundations of office engineering.
• Train participants on the skills and tasks of the office manager.
• Developing participants' abilities to manage multiple tasks and time management as a key skill for a successful office manager.
