Overview

The Protocol concept includes the application of rules and etiquette at local and international levels and practice of good morals on a daily basis. This system evolved as a result of ancient traditions, when hospitality in the early days of civilization was an occasion to be celebrated. This system not only covers ceremonial rules that are followed during official functions and how to act on these special occasions, but also includes a set of established rules of tact that must be respected in society. This training program provides participants with an opportunity to learn about the rules of protocol, ethics, rules of tact in society and respect for precedence. It also helps managers master the basics of global etiquette and gain a better understanding of the rules of protocol according to multiple cultures.

Course Objective

By the end of this course participant will be able to:
