Course Overview

Organizations and even entire societies are exposed to the risks and crises that can be expected and their dimensions studied in the planning process or can be an unexpected event that requires several quick and organized steps to capture and mitigate their damage. But does crisis management need a plan that includes specific steps for how to resolve the crisis? What are the detailed crisis action programs? What are the basic lists to prepare for crisis response? All these and other questions will be answered after you complete this course.
