The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method

This workshop introduces participants to their hidden talents and the potential they didn’t know they had. Through imagination, design and storytelling, they are introduced to the concept of a “Growth Mindset”. The workshop helps them realize that, once they believe they can cultivate their qualities and mental abilities, things become possible.

Learning can only happen when they open their minds for it!

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method

  • The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is a facilitating and ideating method in which participants are led through questions to visualize solutions and unlock innovative potential through 3D modeling of ideas.

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY was developed by the LEGO company as a result of dissatisfaction with the outcome of strategic planning meetings, when the company was facing problems threatening its existence in the mid-90s (Frick et al., 2013).

    • Share –give meanings to the model, by telling your Story … give your model a voice
    • Reflect –recognize the Outcome in link to the Question … reach deeper insights and build on the learning
